Why should you pay to park in your own city? Residents shouldn’t have to feed a meter just to shop local, visit a park, or go to a community centre.
Did you know that 85 cents of every parking dollar collected goes right back into running the city's parking program? Advance Richmond will make all city-run parking FREE for local residents while visitors from outside Richmond continue to pay—keeping it fair for local taxpayers.
Support local businesses and free parking for residents! Vote for Advance Richmond on Saturday, October 17!
