Approximately 120 seniors and community members attended today’s Seniors Benefits Seminar, with strong participation and engagement throughout the event. 今天舉行的長者福利講座吸引約 120位長者及社區居民 出席，現場座無虛席，交流氣氛熱烈。
The seminar was led by Sophia Woo, with Sam Wang contributing to the discussion and sharing practical information on CPP, OAS, GIS, healthcare benefits, seniors housing, retirement planning, and estate planning. Attendees also learned about the importance of preparing separate wills when dealing with assets located in Canada and in Hong Kong, Mainland China, or Taiwan. 活動由 Sophia Woo 胡慧儀 主講，Sam Wang 王晟 參與分享，為大家介紹 CPP、OAS、GIS、醫療福利、長者房屋、退休規劃及遺囑安排等實用資訊，並特別講解如同時擁有加拿大及香港、中國大陸或台灣資產時，分開訂立遺囑的重要性及相關注意事項。
