What City Hall fears most is an accountant who follows the money.
Richmond City Council candidate and Chartered Professional Accountant Sam Wang has called Richmond home for more than 30 years. He is proposing an independent Internal Audit and Efficiency Office to strengthen oversight of City spending and contracts, track public funds, cut waste, and stop bureaucracy from growing without accountability.
It is time to open the books, demand answers, and put Richmond City Hall back on track.
