Before joining Advance Richmond, Jizhou had already stepped forward at Richmond City Hall, calling for measurable results, stronger accountability and an independent safety review of Aster Place.
His priorities look forward: strengthening Richmond as an Asia-Pacific economic gateway, using technology to improve public safety, making City services more accessible across languages, and investing in the next generation.
