【Attending the Launch of the BC Chinese Rental & Strata Association🏡出席卑詩省華人租務及分契協會成立典禮】
Today, members and candidates of the Advance Richmond team were honoured to attend the official launch of the BC Chinese Rental & Strata Association. We congratulate the Association on its establishment and look forward to its important role in promoting greater awareness of rental housing and strata matters, supporting Strata Councils, strengthening communication among homeowners, tenants, strata councils, and property managers, and helping residents better understand their rights and responsibilities. 今天，列治文前進聯盟（Advance Richmond）多位成員及候選人應邀出席卑詩省華人租務及分契協會成立典禮。我們衷心祝賀協會正式成立，並期待協會未來積極推廣租務及分契管理知識，支援業主委員會（Strata Council）運作，加強業主、租戶、業主委員會及物業管理公司之間的溝通，協助市民更了解自身的權利與責任。
As Richmond continues to grow, housing, rental, and strata issues have become increasingly important to many residents. Advance Richmond believes that education, communication, and collaboration are key to supporting well-managed strata communities, reducing disputes, and protecting the interests of homeowners and tenants alike. We look forward to working with community organizations to help build a stronger, safer, and more connected Richmond. 隨著列治文持續發展，住屋、租務及分契管理已成為不少居民關心的重要議題。列治文前進聯盟相信，透過教育、溝通及合作，有助支援業主委員會有效運作，減少分契糾紛，並保障業主及租戶的合法權益。我們期待與不同社區團體攜手合作，共同建設一個更安全、更宜居、更和諧的列治文。

The BC Chinese Rental & Strata Association, in partnership with Richmond Fire-Rescue Services, will be hosting a Community Fire Safety Seminar. Residents are encouraged to attend and learn practical fire prevention and emergency preparedness tips. 卑詩省華人租務及分契協會將聯同列治文消防及救援服務（Richmond Fire-Rescue Services）舉辦社區消防安全講座，歡迎市民踴躍參加，一同學習家居防火及應急知識。
