Aster Place is located right beside Costco in Richmond. This supportive housing facility, where residents are permitted to use drugs, is now seeking another three-year renewal.
This is not simply about one building. It directly affects nearby residents, businesses, and the safety of the entire community. Richmond residents must speak up on whether this kind of drug-tolerant housing should continue.
