Richmond is home to one of Canada’s most diverse food cultures. We believe the City should actively promote a stronger food truck economy and community-based affordable night markets to support local businesses, encourage entrepreneurship, and provide residents with more high-quality, affordable dining options. 我們相信，列治文擁有世界級的多元美食文化。市政府應積極推動美食車經濟及以社區為本的平民夜市，帶動本地經濟，支持小商戶創業，並為市民提供更多優質、價格相宜的餐飲選擇。
We propose expanding opportunities for food trucks by increasing suitable operating locations, streamlining approvals, and lowering barriers for small businesses, family-owned enterprises, and aspiring chefs. 我們建議增加美食車合法營運地點，簡化申請程序，降低創業門檻，讓更多本地創業者、家庭式經營及年輕廚師有機會發展業務，為社區、公園及商業區注入活力。
